  A pretty typical Denny's, good coffee and ok food not real impressed, my bacon had a good smoked flavor but was pretty cold, eggs were over medium not over easy and my hash browns were bland and after eating some of my hash browns I found what appeared to be part of paper bag, probably the packaging they come in but still I believe that is called mechanical contamination, my wife had eggs, bacon, hash browns and French toast which she was pleased with, the only down fall and not the restaurants fault but there was a customer with her 4 year old that would not quit screaming and throwing a fit, the child screamed the whole time we were eating and his mom just kept eating and ignored him, I wanted to ask her to please take the child out so everyone else could enjoy their meals, but I figured it was none of my business, the manager was there just shaking her head in disbelief, she should of went over and talked to the mother but she didn't. Thank god my meal was done because I for one couldn't wait to get away from that screaming kid and his mom.

  While I'm usually weary of Boulder Highway restaurants I decided to give this Denny's there a try. The service was indeed friendly, courteous and fast as expected from any Denny's but we did happen to be the only people there so that probably explains the quick service.
  Onto the food, I ordered the Santa Fe Skillet and while the flavor was there I found the portion to be rather small for the $10 price tag. The skillet came with a side of tortillas, 3 in fact. Later on I discovered that the tortillas were an additional $2, would have been nice to be told that ahead of time. I was under the impression that it was included with the skillet.

  Very slow service. I walked in and sat at the bar. There was only one gentleman at the bar as well and tables have mostly already been served. The server didnt greet me. She was walking around talking to her regulars and taking her time.  I sat there for 8 minutes with no servers coming around. The server came out and gave the guy next to me his food. She didnt look at me or say that she will be with me. She went back to the kitchen.  Then a couple got up to pay and the server came out the back to help them. That is when I left. Won't be coming here again.

  This is my first visit here.  Scott is an excellent waiter which is why I gave 3 stars.  The kitchen sucked.  As the food was lukewarm.  The wait was interesting.  The hostess apologized after she let other people cut my group.  The other patrons smiled it off.  I don't know about returning here.
